What this notice covers

This notice covers the PenetraTech.ai public website and enquiries sent to our team. It does not replace the data-handling terms for an assessment or a private platform environment. For questions about the website or this notice, contact enquiries@penetratech.ai.

Information you choose to share

The contact form asks for your name, work email address, an optional company name, the subject of your enquiry and a message. Please share only the context needed for an initial conversation. Avoid including credentials, sensitive customer data or detailed security findings in an initial enquiry.

When you send an email, we also receive the information normally included with that email, such as your sender address and the message content.

How enquiries are sent and used

When you submit the contact form, your enquiry is sent to the PenetraTech team through Resend, our email delivery provider. Pricing enquiries reach our sales team; other enquiries reach our general enquiries team.

Your enquiry and subsequent correspondence are handled in the email systems we use to manage the conversation. We use your information to respond to your request and discuss relevant next steps.

Contact our team if you would like to discuss access to, correction of or deletion of information shared in an enquiry.

Website security and service providers

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the contact form from automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and network information, including IP addresses, to perform this security check. Our hosting provider also processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

We check email domains to accept business enquiries and reject known personal or temporary addresses. Short-lived, coded identifiers and request counters are stored with Upstash to enforce submission limits. These counters expire within one hour and do not contain your message, raw email address or raw IP address.

Resend, Cloudflare, Upstash and our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver their respective services. The website does not use advertising cookies or third-party visitor analytics. External websites have their own privacy practices.

Platform and assessment data

Assessment scope, deployment boundaries, access requirements, retention and other data-handling needs are agreed as part of engagement planning. Website marketing material is not a substitute for those agreed arrangements. Ask our team about the requirements for your intended environment before sharing assessment data.

Questions and requests

Contact enquiries@penetratech.ai with a privacy question, a request relating to your enquiry or a concern about how information has been handled. Include enough context for us to identify the relevant correspondence, without sending unnecessary sensitive information.

This notice will be updated if the website’s enquiry flow or data-handling practices change.
